Use a Pneumatic Forklift
You can usually find pneumatic forklifts in warehouses and shipping operations. Also referred to as pump trucks or pallet trucks, they are used in order to move materials and things around on wooden pallets using metal forks mounted on a wheeled counterweight. The counterweight contains a pump that can raise the forks off the ground. A pallet truck is intended to be operated by one person.
Pallet trucks should be operated carefully in order to avoid loss of control while raising heavy loads. Equipment must be checked before operating. Clear the wheels area of any obstructions. Check that the handle can turn smoothly. The pallet should be stacked carefully to guarantee that nothing will fall off during transportation.
On the end of the pallet truck's handle, squeeze the level located on the inside of the metal loop in order to lower the forks and release the air in the pump. The forks can then be pushed into the slots of the pallet. The forks must be centered to be able to guarantee even distribution of the pallet's weight across them. Lift the forks from the ground by pumping the pneumatic lift's handle until the pallet has cleared the ground completely. Do not raise the pallet too high or the forklift can unbalance.
Pull on the handle and then drag it behind you if you want to move the pallet. It is dangerous to push the pallet ahead of you because the momentum can cause it to lose control. Slowly take turns and don't try to stop suddenly. Slowly stop, squeeze the lever, and the forks would lower to the ground. Finally, remove the forks from the pallet by pulling them out. Return the pallet truck to its permanent place.
