Powertrain
A lift truck has to be tough enough to last for many hours of heavy operation within extreme settings. These equipment have to be able to move loads efficiently and fast while still being ergonomic to the operator. The reliable, rugged Yale powertrain provides superior durability through its computer managed transmission and engine, extremely strong gears and shafts and state of the art clutch pack. The transmission, engine, steer axle, and drive axle are all isolated in order to lessen vibration and noise within the operator's compartment.
Electrical
The lift trucks electrical system is responsible for linking the major nerve centers of the truck. Hence, the electrical system within the lift truck has to be durable and dependable for the most demanding hot/cold and wet/dry operations. There is much sophistication required to be able to control truck functionality.
Delivering dependable electronics are a well-known hallmark of all Yale trucks. The Yale CANbus electrical system uses digital technology and lessens wiring and reduces electrical connections too. This results in improved reliability and awesome serviceability.
Hydraulics
The hydraulics are the forklift's "muscles". They provide the necessary force required to lift heavy loads during the entirety of a long shift. All Yale trucks feature industrial grade hydraulic components. Several of these parts include: leak resistant O-ring face seal fittings, heavy-duty hydraulic valves, fine micron filters and long lasting hoist and tilt cylinders. The control valve has been strategically positioned to be able to prolong component life by minimizing exposure to heat sources.
The Yale forklift can withstand the most extreme working situations coming out on top with their great reliability. These machines have been built in such a precise way that attention to detail has been taken into account so as to keep the operator as comfortable as possible.
